A good conclusion to the trilogy. This one drops most of the agism, sexism, racism, galactism, and most other isms Asimov was so fond of. In this one there is actually a strong female heroine, although the degree of that is dampened by the end. It's a satisfying conclusion to a multi hundred year galactic drama of social manipulation. I have no desire to read the last two books in the series for some time though, I am officially Asimov'd out for now.
