Star Maker

Just after reading Star Maker, i realized how much impact it must have had on science fiction to come. It is epic, packed with ideas and asks questions that have not yet been answered but only pushed aside as long as possible. It surely suffers a bit from the 1938-mindset of the writer, whose writing is not as timeless as that of other past authors. But that does not harm the general positive impression too much.
