Hunger Makes the Wolf

Start with "space bikers." Then combine with "corporately controlled desert mining planet," "the planet has given some colonists mysterious powers" and just a pinch of "a spy for the intergalctic government." Mix well and let cook for 400+ pages and you get this fun pulpy novel. If this sounds like something up your alley, I doubt you'll be disappointed.
