Herbert masterfully crafts a world that takes you on a journey across 6 books which have been some of the most entertaining reads of my life.

His work towards climate change and his warnings against charismatic leaders cannot be ignored in this monolith that set definitive standards in SF. Beautiful work. Lady Jessica's character portrayal is some of the most memorable across the entire series. Groundbreaking stuff, violently forward for his time, extremely ambitious that it feels risky yet his careful craft delivers content that makes those ambitions seem puny.
