My first read (and listen) of this book and it was great! Lots of humor, plenty of characters and a fast moving plot. I particularly enjoyed the little bits of history and world-building that are occasionally introduced rather like narrative for a travel book.

The primary characters in this book are Rincewind, a failed wizard and Twoflower, a tourist from the Other Continent (the reality off which seems to be a myth to some of the folk in town) and Twoflower's Luggage. Rincewind is ordered to accompany Twoflower while he visits. Twoflower appears to base most of his tourist plans on fantasy adventure books that he has read. The rest of the book turn into unexpected adventures for both, accompanied by The Luggage.
