Not Bad.

This was my first non-Ender novel by Card. I listened to the audiobook version of Wyrms. In the afterword, spoken by the author himself, I learned that he wrote Wyrms between Ender's Game and Speaker for the Dead, as a kind of warm-up to Speaker for the Dead. I had noticed some similar themes between Wyrms and Speaker for the Dead, one of which being that individuals or groups, even though from different species seemingly alien to one another, can learn to co-exist in friendship and mutual respect.

I just recently became aware of Card's political activism, which seems to demonstrate that he doesn't adhere to this belief, even within the human species, in his personal life.
