The Graveyard Book

Neil Gaiman is a master magician. He took an unlikely premise of a toddler walking away from the murder of its family and making its way into a graveyard where it becomes adopted by the ghosts there, and made a modern masterpiece of it. Little by little and page by page I was pulled in to this fantastic tale and was rewarded with one of the better reads I have had lately.
