I raced through this; I just couldn't put it down. It has a great creative plot; I simply had no idea where it was going. I had a long list of things to do, and picked this up for an hour's evening entertainment - but nothing got done that weekend until this was finished! And then I raced off to the library to pick up the sequels - the only question is, how much of my list will I force myself to cross off before I allow myself to pick up the next one? The plot kept me guessing all along (and in fact still guessing) nothing is truly resolved here; we just had an expert closing of the curtain on Act 1.
