Still readable today. One can see why this is regarded as a classic.
A fun adventure. I also liked following the mystery - why is life on Pyrrus so incredible aggressive to humans and steadily becoming more deadly, except...
The book could have use a bit better characterization (dinAlts change from a professional gambler into a scientist and world saviour was simply not believable), but I didn't have to overlook too much to enjoy it.
Recommended if you don't expect too much.
