Agents of Dreamland

If the statement, "her eyes were the color of gangrene" captures your literary imagination, then perhaps this book is for you. If it turns your stomach upside-down forcing you to contemplate a trip to the porcelain throne, then this might not be a good choice. This is my first exposure to Kiernan and I found myself in the second category. So while I can appreciate this innovative twist on alien encounters and cultic leaders, it's just not for me. Kiernan is obviously a skilled wordsmith so I hope to find another option from her.
