Fantastic Voyage

I was very fortunate to have an enlightened teacher in Grade 8 who had us study this novel. Perhaps he knew he would have the undivided attention of the boys in class when we discovered that the woman was played in the movie by Raquel Welch.

I eventually went on to read all of the fiction by The Good Doctor. Highly enjoyable - including all three volumes of his autobiography. Aside for the the biographies, I just read the fiction - the non-fiction will have to wait for another lifetime - or perhaps several lifetimes!

I should be discussing the novel, though. Well, grade 8 was many many decades ago - so I guess I will have to review - or perhaps just watch the movie :)
