Hogfather

This is definitely one of my favourite Discworld books. The narrative and characters are even more fantastic than usual, the message is beautiful and one we all need to hear, and the whole thing is a perfect package, even if I did read this Christmas-themed book in July. I don't think it's overtaken Men at Arms as my favourite, but it's a comfortable second.
