The Watchmaker of Filigree Street

I don't normally read period pieces that much, but this one had such compelling characters and an interesting plot that I had to see it through. Sadly, I found myself disappointed by the ending, I just don't feel like it was a really satisfying conclusion to everything that's set up, but the journey was enjoyable enough that I don't really mind a slightly disappointing destination.
