While the stories are well written, interesting and stimulating, they are only borderline SF. Many have no speculative content at all, which is not a criticism of the book, only the categorization. Indeed, there are a few that can fit in the SF category, but for a reader looking to spend some time with SF themes and stories, this may disappoint.
So if you're looking for very good stories with insight into the human condition today, you've come to the right place.
