The Divide

Skip this one. It's definitely not in RCW's sweet spot. In general: if RW is writing about something other than one part of a world/dimension that has been in some way juxtaposed with another part of a world/dimension, results are not guaranteed. The only saving grace of Divide is that it is short, although it feels 10 times longer than it needed to be, and the only real action in the whole story is the main character's girlfriend getting repeatedly beaten up by her brother. It's just no fun.
