The Test

A future Britain that uses alternate reality mind invasion technology to "test" immigrants and their worthiness to become citizens. A vision of a society so focused on making itself "safe" that's its willing to break innocent people and scar them forever.

I like the idea of the story but ultimately the ending felt rushed and could have been cleaned up a bit with some editin/rewriting.
