A Dark Matter

I am a big fan of Peter Straub and read a book a year of his every year. I read this a couple of years ago and it is my favourite of his books.

The central story is well told from mutiple points of view but I do not find it repetitive at all even though the main story does not change we just learn small details each time.

The incident that froms the main crux of the story is very creative and one of the best things i have read. However not everybody will think the same as I do. Simply put this books worked for me but I can see lots of people who will disagree.

All the characters I find fascinating and was a little disappointed when the book ended as I could have kept reading and reading. Maybe some characters will re-surface as has happened in past novels by Peters Straub.
