A somewhat raunchy ride to start.
Develops nicely into a psychedelic drug fuelled romp through the future.
Clearly dystopian just many elements are clearly allegories of modern conundrums.
Seems to make a good argument against digital nativism and powerful social networks for control and administration if favour of more intimate and honest personal connection.
Eventually the author treats us to an entertaining political thriller with frequent world building elements. Later the novel goes into extended action packed narrative sequences which are quite thrilling.
Nice variety of character interactions.
Develops very nicely into a detailed narrative within a largely multifaceted, complete, and complex world.
4/5
