Three different Londons, the White, the Red and the Grey. Three different ways of life. Magic unites them and magic keeps them apart. Only few can cross the portals from one to the other. And for a good reason. There used to be a fourth London, the Black. Not anymore...
A story about court intrigues, the thirst for power at any cost and the need to protect a fragile balance.
A good all around tale. Clever premise and good execution. There was not many there to wow! me, but still an enjoyable read. Interesting characters, I would like to learn more about them as the series goes on, so I'll probably read the next installation.
