Red Rising

Very enjoyable, but rings a bit false.

A very gripping story of growing up, finding your place in the world, revenge and love. I hardly put the book down in the past two days and have already got the next one.

However, I am caught up in a bit of fridge logic. Both about the working of society (why does everybody but Darrow and the Sons of Ares accept their color and their place without hesitation?) and about the Institute (What is this school supposed to teach? Does anybody seriously believe this is a good way to educate tomorrow's leaders?)

But then... maybe more explanations are forthcoming in "Golden Son"... sorry, need to go!
