Book of the Dead

Not long after I got my e-book reader, I discovered a short story horror compilation from 1989 called 'Book of the Dead' that I had never heard of before. Stories by all the big names set in the George A. Romero universe. Fantastic stuff. Freaking loved it. It would have blown my mind if I had stumbled across it in 1989.

Anyway, one of the stories (can't remember which one) had a scene in it where zombies banded together in factions and basically battled other zombies, with some even able to operate machinery like cars and guns, all in the quest for brains. A particular image of them on a jeep stuck with me for ages, and I had to draw it.
