This book shows up three times on controuble's Books Read This Year: 2016 Challenge from last year.

How in the world did that happen?

The developer in me is dying of curiousity: how did she manage to get it tagged 3 times for one challenge in the first place?

Location: Dallas, TX		How she actually got that to happen, I'm not sure. I suspect maybe having the same selection open in multiple tabs (we've seen wacky results from that before). However I am a little embarrassed to admit that I didn't enforce uniqueness on [reading challenge], [member], [book selected] in that table in the database.
