Biography
Noriko Ogiwara was inspired to write by the classic Western children's books she read as she was growing up, which included C.S. Lewis' Chronicles of Narnia. She has penned the awardwinning Magatama Trilogy, which Haikasoru is tranlating. Her other books include The Good Witch of the West and Fuujin Hisho. Her fantasy novel series RDG Red Data girl was first published in 2008. It consists of six books, and was adapted into an anime television series. Ogiwara makes her home in Japan.
