Biography
Erik Scott de Bie is an American fantasy author and technical writer who has authored several Forgotten Realms novels. He has a degree in English composition and literature from Willamette University in Oregon
He is a speculative fiction author, mostly writing fantasy, science fiction, and some mix of the two.
He has also worked in the gaming industry, designing for the legendary tabletop RPG Dungeons and Dragons as well as other systems.
When he's not writing, gaming, or more writing, he composes technical documentation by day and fights injustice by night. He lives in Seattle and is married with pets
