The particular funny thing for this challenge is that if you select books for it, they already show up as read (or even reviewed)...

When re-reading, I set the book back to 'reading' status, rather than read. This then greys it out in the list rather than showing it as already read. It doesn't delete the stars or reviews you have given it previously.
