Can someone add Killing Time by Caleb Carr? A book about 2023 published in 2000. Reviews elsewhere don't promise much for this book, but I enjoyed The Alienist a lot when I read it in my senior year.

Carr and McLeod are in, if someone else could pick up Pizzakarin's request, I'm out of time tonight.

Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged is considered by some to be science fiction. I don't think of it that way, but I can see how it would be so classified. Anthem by Ayn Rand, which I haven't read, is supposed to be about a future dystopia, certainly a science fiction or speculative fiction theme. I wonder why these books aren't on WWEnd.

Pizzakarin:
I have added "If Then." That will be out on Sept 1st. I've put "Europe at Midnight" on my list to add it closer to the release date, because it is not even ready for pre-order yet.

Good call. Anthem is completely dystopic. And Atlas won the 1983 Prometheus Hall of Fame Award.

They're now in.

I'm trying to read more Urban Fantasy series, and there are a few I would like to read that aren't in the database. If someone has some spare time I would love it if they could add them. If this request is too much, then just the first book in each series would be good.

1. Remy Chandler series by Thomas Sniegoski (7 books)
- A Kiss Before the Apocalypse; Dancing on the Head of a Pin; Where Angels Fear to Tread; A Hundred Words for Hate; In the House of the Wicked; Walking in the Midst of Fire; A Deafening Silence in Heaven

2. Connor Grey series by Mark del Franco (6 books)
- Unshapely Things; Unquiet Things; Unfallen Dead; Unperfect Souls; Uncertain Allies; Undone Deeds

3. Elemental Assassin series by Jennifer Estep (13 books)
- Spider's Bite; Web of Lies; Venom; Tangled Threads; Spider's Revenge; By A Thread; Widow's Web; Deadly Sting; Heart of Venom; The Spider; Poison Promise; Black Widow; Spider's Trap

Sniegoski and Del Franco are in. I have some other stuff I need to take care of today so unless one of the other uberusers swings by, I'll be back for Estep tomorrow.

That's fine for Europe at Midnight. I have an ARC, but won't be reviewing it until probably October. I just wanted to look at it shiny on my New in 2015 Challeng page.

I promise I will keep an eye and as soon as it is pre-order I will put it in. We have had issues with not-yet published books that the publication dates get pushed back on them. I usually add stuff on Wed and Sun, but now that I have my laptop up and working again, I am able to be more flexible.

I thought I saw somewhere (Twitter?) that it wasn't out until 2016.

Amazon is showing it as November release, but that is why I'm holding off. I hope for Pizzakarin's challenge that it does come out in November.

If there are ARCs available already November strikes me as more likely.

3. Elemental Assassin series by Jennifer Estep (13 books)
- Spider's Bite; Web of Lies; Venom; Tangled Threads; Spider's Revenge; By A Thread; Widow's Web; Deadly Sting; Heart of Venom; The Spider; Poison Promise; Black Widow; Spider's Trap

This series is in. That should hold you for a day or two.

P.S. She's got an 8.5 story in an anthology called Carniepunk. It's in too.

Hey guys. Looks like we're missing an Elric of Melnibonae series from the early 2000's

The Dreamthief's Daughter
The Skrayling Tree
The White Wolf's Son

I've also picked up a couple of Larry Niven items I don't see in the database:

A Gift from Earth
Crashlander

And a little gem by Otis Adelbert Kline, titled The Swordsman of Mars.

Thanks
