History
Razorbill, an imprint of Penguin Young Readers Group, is dedicated to young adult and middle grade books. Razorbill publishes between 30 and 40 titles each year.
Razorbill's young adult hardcover fiction list includes Jay Asher's debut novel, Thirteen Reason Why, a New York TimesBestseller that has won the California Book Award, among other prizes, and Spud, by John van de Ruit, the #1 fastest selling book in South Africa's history. Razorbill also publishes original trade paperbacks, like New York Times Bestselling author Richelle Mead's Vampire Academy, and its sequels, Frostbite and Shadow Kiss. Other paperback series include Talent byNew York Times bestselling author of The A-List Zoey Dean.
