2018 Women of Genre Fiction Reading Challenge
Back for the sixth year in a row it's the Women of Genre Fiction Reading Challenge!
The basic rules are the same as last year. This challenge is to read 6 or 12 new-to-you women authors in 12 months depending on the reading level you select. We have a 6 author/book Adventurer reading level for those wanting to get in with a smaller challenge. For those who want to read more we have the original 12 authors/books in 12 months Voyager level. After that we've got the double down level of Pathfinder and then another double down to reach Pioneer. For these levels you only have to read 12 new-to-you women authors. For the other slots you can pick previously read women authors or read multiple books by the same author etc. This will allow you to include series in your challenge!
As always, at least one of your author choices should be totally random. Have a friend pick one for you and you pick one for your friend. Come up with some creative way to make your random pick and tell us about it in the forum.
The review requirements have been stripped out but you are always encouraged to write them if you want to. It's a good way to make the challnge that little bit more rigorous.
