Worlds Without End Roll-Your-Own Reading Challenge

2020 Discoveries in Genre

2020 Discoveries in Genre

There are lots of great genre books that you just won't find on the F&SF shelves of your local bookstore or library, and yet they're still genre (or at least somewhere within genre's further reaches). Perhaps they don't have wizards or spaceships, or perhaps they are too "literary", but whatever the reason, they're usually to be found in the mainstream fiction section, invisible to many genre readers.

It's a shame, because there are some great reads that people might be missing out on. On the other hand, it's a lot of fun to strike out on your own, searching for undiscovered treasures. You'd be surprised just how many genre books you'll find browsing the mainstream stacks.

So, strap on your explorer's kit, sail into uncharted waters, and see what you can find!
