Sub-Genre Focus
An opportunity to familiarize yourself with a new-to-you SF/F/H sub-genre or to explore a familiar sub-genre further. Select one WWEnd sub-genre for this challenge. Rereads are ineligible, and you can't count more than one book by the same author. The objective is to deepen your knowledge of your chosen sub-genre, not to revisit known territory.
As part of this objective, you're strongly encouraged to seek out a broad and diverse reading experience. So, for instance, if all of the books you plan to read and/or most of the books you've previously read in the sub-genre are by men, try to add some books by women to the mix. If all of your books were published during the Golden Age, try to add one or two more recent works. If all of your books are by American writers, try to add some books by writers of other nationalities. Have fun exploring what's out there!
