Well, crap.  I added a few books the other day and re-ordered the entire list to put the hard covers series books between the numbered paperbacks and the new cover design series.  Before they were tacked onto the end rather haphazardly.  I left out Ridley Walker because I thought it was part of the original paperback series already and I didn't want to duplicate any of the hardcovers that already appeared as paperbacks.  It's back in there now at #110.

The new design series are in pub order according to the list on Wikipedia skipping the reprints of course.  Let me know if you see any more problems.  I was sure I had them all right but now not so much.  Thanks for the heads up!
